Why should I use an online training system?
Online training is a versatile and time-effective way of working with an experienced and qualified trainer. You have access to your trainer, their knowledge and accountability all while fitting the coaching around your busy lifestyle.
It is also a great platform that allows me to connect, inform and educate without strict time constraints. Through my app I can give you more support over the course of a week than you would receive with a single face to face PT session. Consider me your Coach in your pocket!
With Transform with Tarran Lee you get to decide when you start your transformation (no waiting for the ‘Next Challenge’ to start) and when you workout. You receive a full week of training, and/or macro coaching, accountability, support, and advice for the price of a single training session with a PT in the gym.
How is Transform with Tarran Lee different to other online fitness programs?
I provide personalised coaching with accountability that can be missing from many online trainers. Your specific needs and goals are my priority. I get to know you right from the start and I’ll be there right until the end of your journey with me. Memberships are capped as you deal with me personally, not a team of coaches.
With 15 years experience as a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor I understand that health and fitness isn’t one size fits all.
Why do you ask for a minimum 12 week commitment?
Building healthy habits and creating a new nutrition and/or fitness routine won’t happen overnight. Because every body is different and our responses to training and/or nutrition can vary depending on many factors. This time frame is important to see how your body responds and to start seeing results. I know that if you can complete at least 12 weeks with me while being supported and held accountable, we can map out your next steps together and you will be well on your way to being able to maintain this healthy lifestyle you have created forever.
What happens at the end of the 12 weeks?
Everyone’s journey is different. For some, 12 weeks is just the beginning and may choose to continue as is. For others, they may have achieved their goal and be ready to move to our lifestyle program. As we are regularly in contact this is something we will discuss and determine together.
Who is Transform with Tarran Lee Coaching designed for?

I will give you the tools to succeed, you just need to hold up your end of the bargain. I can’t promise it’ll be easy, but I can promise it will be worth it!
How do I get started?
Once you fill out the ‘Contact Tarran’ form, you will you will receive an email from me (make sure you check your junk mail then add me to your ‘safe’ list!). We will have an initial discussion. From there if we are the right fit, you will be emailed a link to sign up.
Once you join, you will download the Transform with Tarran Lee app and complete your Health & Lifestyle assessment form and Postural Analysis (for Ultimate and Workout Coaching).
The first week is a set up phase where I ask for you to dedicate 30mins per day to getting the initial requirements to me and to read and digest all the information you receive. In this first week I will create your personalised coaching plan and we will organise a time to talk through this.
When your program is ready, you will be able to access everything through your TTL app account and be ready to change your life!
I have never weight trained before, or haven’t trained in a while, is this ok?
Whether you are a complete beginner or a regular gym-goer, my coaching is for you! My aim is to not only help you get amazing results in a safe and effective way, but to educate you on how to live your best life.
Every exercise in my app has a demonstration video to guide you, and I will be observing your recorded workouts (and nutrition where applicable) for both feedback and progressional adjustments.
Is this gym or home based workout coaching?
I have both options. I offer gym based workouts where you will need to be a gym member or home gym based workouts, however you must have a minimum of the following equipment:
20kg Olympic Barbell and weights
Resistance Bands including mini loop/booty band

How do we communicate during my coaching?
You can message me anytime through the mobile app and expect a response within 12-24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. We will also have the opportunity to talk face to face in our weekly catch up booked by you.
How do you correct my exercise technique?
Having good form when working out is extremely important – both for injury prevention and for making good progress. To make sure your form is perfect, I encourage you to take videos periodically of your exercises in-app so I can review and provide feedback. There will also be mandatory exercise technique videos I ask you to send to ensure correct understanding of technique and lifting cues.
How do you measure my progress?
Your progress is measured in a variety of different ways, including changes in your relative strength, scale weight, body fat percentage, and measurements. I also ask you take progress photos, which are kept private on the app to clearly see all of the visual improvements you’re making!
Am I locked into a contract?
No, I ask for a minimum 12 week commitment, however you are welcome to cancel at any time. When you join you are on a weekly subscription, that will continue until you cancel.
Can I cancel at any time?
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no additional fees.
