What was your biggest challenge prior to starting your journey with Tarran?
I was not eating or training in a way that was going to help me achieve my fitness/physical goals. I was destroying myself with cardio & then trying to follow a very restrictive diet… and hating the process.
How has this changed?
I do no cardio at the gym, I left weights 5 days a week, and can eat anything I like as long as I plan for it in my weekly calorie allowance. And I actually enjoy it 🙂
How would you describe your past mindset towards fitness and nutrition?
I 100% believe carbs were evil & cardio was the only way to lose weight.
How has this changed?
Well I didn’t eat rice or pasta for 7 years…. Now I eat at least one of them once a day. I also had my first banana & apple in 7 years when I started training with you! And it didn’t make me fat 🙂
What inspired you to start coaching with Tarran?
Seeing how much my friend who was training with Tarran has changed physically, but also seeing that she was doing it without restricting herself from foods the way that I was.
What have you enjoyed the most about Tarran’s coaching?
You’re always positive, but I also know you’ll tell me if I’m slacking off or not eating well. You seem to genuinely care about your clients. You don’t just tell your clients how to eat and train you also do it yourself.
What do you consider to be your top achievement during your journey so far?
Letting go of my food restrictions.

I’m really happy with my progress so far & am really excited for the coming months to see even more improvements in my strength and body composition.
