Online Fitness Coaching: Lauren’s Story

“Before I first chatted to Tarran, I was a little bit sceptical about online coaching and if it would work for me. However a year later I’m still here, still learning, still growing and in the best shape mentally and physically that I have ever been in. 

Prior to starting with Tarran, I felt like a hamster on a wheel, not training or eating effectively or efficiently. 

Tarran has helped me to understand how my body moves, has taught me correct technique with my exercises resulting in less injuries and helped me build a better relationship with food.  For my goals in particular, I’m eating more and training less and my body composition is completely different. The training less part was mentally challenging for me at first, but Tarran was there to help me emotionally through this.
