Meet Tarran

My story

Transform with Tarran Lee was born from the vision of being able to share my passion and knowledge of fitness and nutrition to make a difference in the life of everyone around me. I have been in the fitness industry for 15 years as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Adding to this, my recent achievements as a fitness competitor are:

Creating the online platform Transform with Tarran Lee came from the need to be able to help more people than I could through face to face personal training. Through a unique, multi-faceted and no bullsh*t approach to overhauling your health, I can help you on your way to smashing your fitness goals.

How I help

I am passionate about combining the four pillars of nutrition, exercise, mindset and accountability to evoke real and lasting results not only to transform your lifestyle but maintain it!

Each person is different. Your unique goals are my number one priority and personalisation and accountability to achieve these is the key to success for my clients.

Exercise is just one piece of the puzzle. Through working with you on your nutrition, mindset and accountability I ensure you have all the pieces for a rock-solid framework to help smash your health goals.

A variation of an Adductor stretch, you begin from a kneeling position. This allows a good range for the stretch suitable for any flexibility.
I also like the lowering of your chest to further enhance the stretch - again depending on your flexibility.

The adductor muscles are essentially our inner thigh/groin muscles and can get sore from starting a new gym program particularly with squats.

Take these stretches easy to start with and increase your range as you become more flexible 🧘🏾💖

You don’t have to wait for the next goal to be happy. You don’t have to wait until a certain day to get started.

Have goals. Have mini goals. Have progress steps. These a SO important. But it’s also important you enjoy the process now. How far you have come and appreciate the journey you are on.

If you forever chase a destination rather than right now to make you content, will you be truly happy?

BREAKFAST PATTIES

WHAT YOU NEED:
1 tbsp. sage
1 ½ tsp. salt
1 tsp. dried basil
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. onion powder
½ tsp. dried oregano
pinch of chilli flakes
ground black pepper, to taste
1 lb. (450g) lean pork mince
1 lb. (450g) turkey mince
1 tbsp. honey

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Place all the ingredients into a large mixing bowl and use your hands to mix until well combined. Form the mixture into 16 balls and then flatten a little to form patties.

Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for 5-8 minutes on one side, until browned. Then flip them over and cook for a further 5 minutes until browned on the second side and cooked through.

This is a great recipe to double batch, portion up and freeze for easy meal prep.

Serving suggestion: Scrambled Eggs & Avocado - Not included in macros.

You could also use chicken mince for this recipe - whatever you would prefer! Just be sure to adjust the macros.
