My own transformation.
It’s not often I talk about my own transformation. But I felt it was really important for me to share.
Important because these pictures are 3 years apart.
Change doesn’t happen overnight. It doesn’t happen in a month.
Change takes months and years. Building muscle, losing fat, forming habits and good routines takes time. Sticking to these habits and routines takes time.
You must have patience, you must have consistency and you must have discipline. I cannot stress this enough.
The increase in muscle between my two pictures above is very apparent. Although the picture on the right is day before a comp and I am most lean here, it’s an important part of my transformation and you can see how my body has changed.
Stick to the process and trust the journey. You will never be sorry.
