This is a delicious recipe that you can cook in bulk and freeze for meal prep.
WHAT YOU NEED:
200g chicken breast
40g teriyaki sauce
150g steamed rice
5g coconut sugar
10g light Kewpie mayo
Spring onions to garnish
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO:
Marinate diced chicken breast in teriyaki sauce (I personally think the longer you
can marinate the chicken for, the better) and cook through on a pan on medium heat.
In another pan, sauté the diced pineapple and coconut sugar on high heat.
Plate up your rice and top with chicken and charred pineapple.
Garnish with kewpie and spring onions.
